Erm, i just wanted to know how to get a guild hall... I cant found it anywhere so i came to ask from you... Please tell me!

Lions arch, around the docks there is a boat. The guy on it can take you too any of the guild 'halls'. You can buy them there at each place with the trader. You could risk finding someone selling the sigil cheap on trade.

Hmmm.... How i can get there, in the lions arch... And what about my own guild, how i can make that?

No trouble. Erm, first you want to start a guild. In ascalon city near tydus there will be guild enrollers, or whatever, you will see them around that area. You can also design a cape from one of them, cost is 2plat (2000 gold)

Now, have you reached lions arch yet? If not, play the story and you will come to it. If you have reached it/want to know for when you do. I suggest asking someone to take you down to it, i'm sure someone is nice enough to. If not, just head to the water edge and there will be a boat along a peer with a green triangle on the boat.... that's your guy for the trip to guild halls.

To create a guild, talk to Guild Registrar in Ascalon City (both pre-searing and post-searing).

Lion's Arch is in post-searing. You'll get there just following the story line.
